1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with BLANXIRO, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Please read these terms carefully before making any purchase.

2. Order and Payment Terms

Payment Method:

  • All orders are 100% prepaid
  • We accept UPI payments
  • Once you place an order, our team will contact you on the provided phone number to confirm payment details
  • Payment must be completed before production begins
  • Order confirmation will be sent via email/WhatsApp after payment verification

3. Production and Customization

BLANXIRO specializes in custom, made-to-order clothing. Each item is produced specifically according to your design specifications, including:

  • Custom printing and designs
  • Personalization and branding
  • Size and fit customization
  • Material selection from available garment blanks

Important: Once production has started, no changes can be made to the order. Please verify all details during checkout.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time: 5-7 working days from payment confirmation
  • Delivery is pan-India
  • Working days exclude weekends and national holidays
  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We will provide tracking information once shipment is dispatched
  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping address

5. No Returns Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS

  • Since all items are custom-made and produced to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges
  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment is received
  • Products cannot be returned even if unused or unworn
  • Please ensure all details (size, design, color) are correct before checkout
  • Carefully review your order one last time before final submission

6. No Replacement Policy

  • BLANXIRO does not offer replacements for any reason
  • This includes damages, defects, or incorrect items (if order details were incorrectly provided by customer)
  • Once shipped, BLANXIRO is not responsible for damages in transit
  • Customers must report any issues immediately upon receiving the package
  • No modifications or adjustments will be made after delivery

7. Quality Assurance

BLANXIRO uses premium quality garment blanks and professional printing methods. We inspect all items before dispatch. However, due to the custom nature of our products, minor variations in printing, color, or sizing may occur. These are not considered defects and are normal for custom-made apparel.

8. Size and Fit Accuracy

  • Size charts are provided on the lookbook page
  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size
  • BLANXIRO is not responsible for size selection errors
  • No exchanges for size mismatches
  • Please measure yourself carefully before ordering

9. Intellectual Property

Customers agree that they own or have permission to use any designs, artwork, or content provided for printing. BLANXIRO is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement claims. Customers indemnify BLANXIRO from any legal action related to the designs provided.

10. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before payment confirmation
  • Once payment is received, the order cannot be cancelled
  • No refunds will be issued for any cancellations after payment

11. Product Limitations

  • BLANXIRO reserves the right to refuse any order
  • We do not print illegal, offensive, or trademarked content
  • Designs must comply with local laws and regulations

12. Shipping and Liability

  • BLANXIRO uses reliable courier services but is not responsible for delays in delivery
  • BLANXIRO is not responsible for loss or damage during shipping
  • Once the package is shipped, the customer bears all risks
  • Please check the package upon delivery and report issues immediately

13. Terms Modification

BLANXIRO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
